How It Operates

High-performance lot maps, built only for homesite sales.

A glassy, app-like engine that embeds into any existing site, with native performance and no load-time lag.

Built for one thing

This is not a mapping platform with a real-estate template laid over it. Everything in it is here because homesite sales needed it, and what homesite sales do not need is not here — which is most of why it is quick.

Speed is the part buyers notice without being able to name it. A premium community spends years establishing that everything about it is deliberate, and a map that stutters, or shows a loading bar between a click and an answer, is the first thing to contradict that. There are no page transitions inside the experience and no wait between deciding to look and looking.

  1. Silky UI Performance

Butter-smooth interactions with no lag or loading bars—matching the luxury standards of your architectural brand.

  2. Live Lot Inventory

Seamlessly sync homesite data to instantly update whether a homesite is Vacant, Under Contract, or Sold.

  3. Side-by-Side Lot Comparison

Allow buyers to dynamically compare acreage metrics, setbacks, and orientation without leaving the map view.

  4. On-Site Mobile UI

No tiny pinching or zooming on static files. Built specifically for sales agents walking raw acreage with clients.

  5. Embeds Anywhere

WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or a custom build. It arrives looking like part of your site.

What it is made of

The inventory it draws is live, so Available, Under Contract and Sold are the current answer rather than the answer as of the last update. Buyers compare homesites side by side — size, setbacks, orientation — without leaving the view, because comparison is what choosing actually consists of.

It is built for the phone in the one place that matters: an agent walking raw acreage with a client, outdoors, in sunlight, on a handset. That is not a desktop plan pinched down. It is the same product and the same data, laid out for the hand holding it.

And it arrives looking like part of your site. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify or a custom build — the engine takes your type, your colours and your frame, and a buyer never learns there is a second system involved.

The whole of it is hosted and maintained on our side, which is the part that matters a year in. Shipping well and then ageing badly is the ordinary fate of a marketing site, and a community is still selling homesites in phase three, long after whoever built the original one has moved on. This is meant to be the thing that is still right at the end.
