Desert Palisades
Palm Springs’ last hillside community, sold through a full project website with an interactive sitemap at its heart.

- Project website, interactive sitemap, live inventory
A hillside of 110 homesites, each with its own view.
The Challenge
Set where the desert floor rises toward the San Jacinto Mountains, every homesite at Desert Palisades sits at a different elevation and outlook. Without individual lot renders available, the map itself had to become the primary storyteller.
The Approach
We designed a complete project website anchored by a live interactive sitemap. Buyers toggle fluidly between the master plan and a synchronized inventory list—complete with bi-directional state memory that returns them to their exact row, keeping the exploration seamless.

Bi-directional spatial memory.
For Desert Palisades, we engineered a synchronized inventory experience with bi-directional state memory—allowing buyers to jump between map and list views without losing their place.
Adaptable lot details.
With no individual renders for its homesites, Desert Palisades’ interface gracefully transitions into a focused property dossier with an embedded inquiry form to capture high-intent leads.
