Buyer Intelligence
The homesites they want most stand tallest.
Every parcel extruded to the height of its own demand, so you can see where the interest is long before a form arrives.

Demand is visible long before a form is
For every inquiry a community receives, a great many people looked and said nothing. They opened the plan, hovered over four homesites, compared two of them, came back on Thursday and left. Ordinarily none of that is recorded, and the first thing a developer learns about demand is the form — by which point what to release, and at what price, has already been decided by guesswork.
The map sees all of it. Every homesite carries a demand score built from real engagement: hovers, time spent, comparisons, inquiries. Switch the metric and the landscape extrudes, so the parcels people want most literally stand tallest, and a pattern that would have taken a quarter of sales to notice is there in a glance.
Visualizing Buyer Intent in 3D
Every homesite calculates a dynamic heat score based on real-time engagement—hovers, time spent, comparisons, and inquiries. Switch metrics instantly to watch the landscape extrude, revealing peak buyer demand across your entire development long before the first form is submitted.
Algorithmic Price Discovery
Automatically flags underpriced lots experiencing high demand spikes and long-standing inventory needing attention—helping you optimize release tiers with total confidence.

What you do with it
The point of seeing demand is acting on it while it is still demand. A homesite drawing a crowd and priced like its neighbours is a release tier that has not caught up. One that has sat untouched through two phases is telling you something about the view, the slope or the number. Both get flagged rather than waiting to be noticed.
And because engagement is tied to where a visitor arrived from, the spend behind it becomes legible: which campaign put people on the high-value parcels, and which bought traffic that never got past the entrance.
The intelligence layer is included with every community. It is not a tier, an upgrade or a separate subscription — watching is not an addition to what the map does, it is what the map is doing anyway.
What it will not do is claim a certainty it has not earned. A demand score is a record of what people did, not a forecast of what they will pay, and it is most useful as the thing that makes somebody look twice at a homesite they had stopped thinking about. The decision stays where it belongs.
