What the community had to communicate
Desert Palisades sits where the Coachella Valley floor rises into Chino Canyon, which is the whole proposition: not a subdivision with a view, but a hillside where the elevation changes by a hundred feet across the community and every homesite has a different relationship to the mountain behind it and the valley below.
None of that survives a plat map. A buyer looking at a PDF of 110 numbered polygons cannot see which parcels sit high, which look down the canyon, or why one is priced above its neighbour — and those are the only questions they have.
What we built
The property website and the interactive site plan behind it, as one piece of work rather than a map bolted onto somebody else’s site. A buyer moves from the aerial tour to the architecture to a particular homesite without the page changing character under them.
The plan reads a live lot feed, so availability, price and size on the map are the same answer the sales desk would give on the phone. Changing a status is a change in one place, not an email to an agency and a deploy two days later — which matters most in the two days when it is wrong.
It is hosted and maintained by us, and the site answers on its own domain rather than sending buyers to a third-party portal.
This isn’t just an inventory tool — it’s the cornerstone of how we market the property. Sending clients to our site to browse homesites is now a seamless extension of the on-site luxury experience.
